What Belpa is

Belpa is a tool for roofing businesses. You put it on your website so visitors can type an address and see an estimated price for roofing work. Belpa uses satellite imagery to measure the roof and return a price range for that property.

Who these terms cover

These terms apply to roofers and contractors who use Belpa on their sites, and to anyone who uses a Belpa estimate widget. If you embed Belpa, you are responsible for how it appears on your site and for the way you follow up with customers who use it.

Estimates are not final quotes

Every price Belpa shows is a ballpark figure to help a customer plan and to help you qualify leads. It is not a contract, an offer, or a final price. You or your team confirm the exact price after you inspect the property. Only that confirmed price counts.

Using Belpa

Belpa is free to try. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to break it, scrape it at scale, or use it in a way that harms other users. You agree to only promote Belpa estimates for jobs you are willing and able to follow up on in good faith.

Accuracy

We work to make estimates useful, but satellite measurements and regional pricing have limits. We cannot guarantee accuracy. We are not responsible for business or hiring decisions made on an estimate alone.

Your content and branding

When you embed Belpa, you may show it alongside your own branding. You keep ownership of your site and brand. You give us permission to run the estimate service on the pages where you place the widget.
